Irish Potato candy, a St. Patrick's day tradition in Philadelphia is a candy
made with coconut cream filling which is rolled in cinnamon to resemble a small
potato. Candy maker Jodi Boylan has created a decadent twist on this regional
favorite, dipping her Irish Potato candies in delicious milk, dark, white and
mint chocolate. These chocolate jewels, made with real cream cheese and butter,
are so wonderful they deserve to be sold year round.
