All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of order. As food is not returnable, for food items please contact us to discuss the issue, and we will do what we
can to resolve the issue wherever possible. Returns for exchange or refund will not be accepted without prior authorization. Shipping and handling fees are for services
that have been rendered and cannot be refunded.

During the warmer months, or to warmer climates, extra care must be taken to ensure that your candies arrive in perfect condition. That’s
why we pack all warm weather shipments in insulated containers with frozen gel packs (both reusable).
Emerald Confections goal is to provide you with the lowest cost method of receiving your order in perfect condition. We conduct on-going
tests to make sure we are achieving that goal. Therefore, we may periodically make changes to the shipping options we offer if we feel they
are necessary to ensure the safety of your precious cargo.
